How to Get Strength Fast in Lift Rock For Eggs

Training is the only Strength-gaining action documented for Lift Rock For Eggs. What that means for gaining Strength faster, and where bigger rocks actually come from.

Train. In Lift Rock For Eggs, training is the only Strength-gaining action the game documents — it's step one of the official loop, and it grants Strength and Speed together. There is no documented second method, no measured gain rate, and no comparison showing one approach trains Strength faster than another. So the genuinely useful "fast" answer has three parts: use the one method that's confirmed, don't chase shortcuts no source backs up, and know that bigger rocks — the whole point of Strength — come from upgrades, not from a secret Strength source.

The confirmed Strength baseline

The official Roblox listing (creator Crazay Future) lays out the core loop in a fixed order:

  1. Train to gain Strength + Speed
  2. Lift rocks to uncover eggs
  3. Collect eggs hidden underneath
  4. Hatch eggs to collect rare pets
  5. Earn money from your pets
  6. Upgrade to lift bigger rocks
  7. Discover rarer eggs and more powerful pets

Two facts follow from that order. First, Strength enters your character at exactly one point — the Train action — and every listing and stat page that mirrors the game repeats the same line word for word, in English and in Japanese. Second, Strength is an input, not a byproduct: you spend it lifting rocks, and the rocks you can lift grow at step six, through upgrades.

For where to train and how the controls work, the core training guide has the original step-by-step instructions. For what the Strength stat does once you've banked it, see the Strength guide.

Why lifting rocks doesn't build Strength back

In a lot of Roblox simulators, the activity itself is the workout. This game is the reverse: training builds Strength first, and rock-lifting is the downstream step that spends it to reach the eggs buried underneath. A Japanese overview of the game describes exactly that direction — strength is raised through training, then lifting rocks is where that strength gets used. So "just lift rocks to get stronger" flips the actual loop, and bigger rocks aren't a training milestone anyway: they're unlocked through the upgrade path in step six, not through extra muscle gained while lifting.

The one Strength item in the store proves nothing yet

The store lists seven Robux items, from 120 up to 4,499, and exactly one of them touches Strength: x2 Strength, at 160 Robux. The name implies your gains double — but that's just the listing's title. Nothing in the game's own materials shows what the gamepass actually does to gain rates or training speed, so treat the "x2" as an unverified label rather than a tested number. If you're weighing any Robux purchase, it's worth a quick look at the Codes page for active freebies first.

So what's the fastest way to gain Strength?

Right now the honest answer is that no faster way is documented — only a confirmed one. Repeating the Train action is the only evidence-backed route to more Strength, and every session also feeds your Speed (that side is covered in the Speed guide). Nothing in the game's official materials ranks training spots, routines, or activities by Strength gain. If a faster trick exists, no source documents it yet — so any "this trains Strength faster" claim you run into is currently a guess.

That moves the real efficiency question one step down the loop. Bigger rocks need upgrades; upgrades need money; money comes from the pets you hatch out of uncovered eggs. The compounding routine the game actually supports is: train, lift everything you can currently handle, hatch, let pets earn, upgrade, repeat. The pets and money and bigger rocks guides take on the money and upgrade halves of that cycle.

One caveat before you optimize

Roblox simulators get rebalanced often, and any judgment about training speed would change the day the numbers change. If an update reworks training or adds a second Strength source, what counts as "fast" changes with it — the Updates page tracks what's new.

Bottom line: train, because it's the only documented Strength source, and push the pet-money upgrade loop to reach bigger rocks. When you need the actual controls, the training guide picks the job up from there.
